</p><p>Employer: LCI Solutions<br>Position: Executive Leader<br>Terms of Employment: Project based – 3-year assignment<br>Location: Primary Location: Brampton, Ontario<br>Client Sites:<br>• Toronto, Ontario<br>• Burnaby, British Columbia<br>• Calgary, Alberta<br>• St. John’s, Newfoundland<br>Hours of Work: 40 hours/week<br>Language: English<br>Benefits: None<br>Salary: $130.00 CAD per hour<br>Contact: Kevin@lcisolutions.org</p><p>Duties:</p><p>• Planning and directing all aspects of the project including scope, planning, establishing milestones deliverables and overall costs. Assist in the preparation of the project staffing requests based on skill sets and loading;<br>• Negotiating and managing project deliverables /schedules /costing from concept through deployment and business readiness. Monitoring project performance against detailed plans and schedules;<br>• Tracking, monitoring and communicating project progress against project plan, requirements, quality measures and adherence to standard processes;<br>• Providing regular status reports, and Issue/Risk escalation, when needed;<br>• Engaging resources as needed to deliver quality results within the policy and resource parameters established by Rogers’ functions and executive management in Rogers. Manage project staff, some of which are not directly accountable to the Project Manager;<br>• Participating in Business Requirements gathering (BRD) and manage the development of the Tool solutions, Process Documentation, Training and UAT. Assesses and confirms business readiness for projects scheduled for delivery (GO / NO GO);<br>• Establishing and maintaining working business and technical relationships with other departments; and<br>• Co-ordinating cross functional communication, problem solving and team initiatives to ensure project and departmental objectives are met.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>• Certification from a recognized Six Sigma affiliate<br>• 5-7 years of relevant experience<br>• Proven experience of continuous improvement training/mentoring in varying industries/cultures.<br>• To have a real practical knowledge and experience of continuous improvement techniques and Six Sigma methodology.<br>• To be able to work alone in remote locations but adhering to all company policies.<br>• Ability to travel to client locations across Canada<br>• Previous experience training and mentoring in Telecom field is required.<br>• Background in projects that involve multiple geographic regions with cross-functional teams<br>• Ability to manage and track projects through life cycle steps (i.e. initiation, planning, execution, and project closure</p>
