Prepare dough for Indian cuisine, snacks with rigid spice mix and other ethnic herbs i.e. puff, pastries and sweet goods<br>2. Prepare batters for Indian cookies according to special ethnic recipes or special customer orders as per the menu (i.e. special handmade cookies like Jeera Cookies and Nankhatai)<br>3. Bake mixed doughs and batters for Indian deserts, snacks and ethnic condiments<br>4. Prepare sauces related to baked goods<br>5. Ensure quality of products meets established standards and match the original taste and recipe<br>6. Ensuring the baking tools, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitizer.<br>7. Order bakery supplies<br>8. Train new recruits if applicable<br>9.
