</p><p>Uptowngirl YYC is looking for an experienced remarkable Esthetic Services Manager to join to our beauty salon.</p><p>Job details:<br>Job Type: Full-time<br>Work Location: 406-638 11 Ave SW, Calgary, Alberta<br>Salary: $36/hour</p><p>Responsibilities including:<br>• Ensure day-to-day salon operations run smoothly, including assigning duties to employees, and coordinating shifts<br>• Prepare daily shifts, based on demand and scheduled appointments<br>• Chat with customers, learn their preferences and build good relationships<br>• Organize training for new esthetic technicians and receptionists<br>• Monitor stock of beauty products and order supplies as needed<br>• Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports and control budget<br>• Advertise our services on social media<br>• Comply with all health and safety requirements, and licensing and permit requirements for the operation</p><p>Qualifications and skills:<br>• Work experience as a Beauty Salon Assistant Manager or a similar role in the beauty industry<br>• Experience in customer service is a plus<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills<br>• Basic knowledge of Office<br>• Strong organization and record-keeping skills<br>• Familiarity with social media<br>• Post-secondary degree in Business Administration related<br>• Must have flexible availabilities including evenings, weekends, and holidays</p>
