</p><p>Toor Drywall Ltd. located at 3494 Promontory Crescent, Abbotsford BC Canada is looking for two Drywall Installers to join their team as soon as possible.</p><p>Job Title: Drywall Installers (7284)</p><p>Job location: All over lower mainland area according to contracts/projects.</p><p>Wages: $27.50/hour</p><p>Job Type: Full Time, Permanent</p><p>Start Date: As soon as possible</p><p>Job Duties:</p><p>Measure, cut and install drywall sheets and various types of ceiling systems.<br>Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists.<br>Fit metal corner beads to protect exterior corners.<br>Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings.<br>Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife.<br>Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints.<br>Smooth out the excess compound and allow the coat to dry.<br>Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound<br>Job Requirements:</p><p>Secondary School education is required<br>Minimum two years of previous work experience required in similar field OR completion of a three or four year's apprenticeship program in drywalling.<br>Basic knowledge of English language is required</p>
