DPS Drywall Ltd located at 13176 92 Avenue, Surrey, BC, Canada is looking for three Drywall Installers to join their team as soon as possible.<br>Job Title: Drywall Installer (Noc: 7284)<br>No. of vacancies: 3<br>Job Location: Several locations across lower mainland<br>Wages: $27.50 per hour<br>Job Type: Full time, Permanent<br>Start Date: As soon as possible<br>Job Duties:<br>-Measure, cut and install drywall sheets and various types of ceiling systems<br>-Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs<br>-Fit metal corner beads to protect exterior corners<br>-Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids an place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings<br>-Smooth out the excess compound and allow the coat to dry.<br>-Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound<br>Job requirements:<br>-Secondary school education is required<br>-Minimum two years of previous work experience required in similar field OR completion of a three or four years apprenticeship program in dry walling<br>-Basic knowledge of English language is required
