</p><p>Company Name: Temper Pastry Ltd.<br>Position: Customer Service Supervisor (6211)<br>Wage Rate: $ 21.30 per hour. 40 hours per week.<br>Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time<br>Language: English<br>Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible<br>Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.<br>Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience<br>Positions Available: 1<br>Work Locations: 2409 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC, V7V 1L3</p><p>Job Duties:<br>• Oversee the daily store operations and supervise the retail sales staff and cashiers<br>• Prepare work schedules for staff.<br>• Authorize payments and process the return of merchandise.<br>• Resolve customer and associate complaints and other issues.<br>• Maintain inventory and order merchandise on time.<br>• Coordinate with management to improve the store’s efficiency<br>• Ensure that excellent customer service is delivered at all times<br>• Prepare reports to management regarding the store’s sales, inventory, and other matters that concern the business.<br>• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance.<br>• Ensure that the store is clean and presentable, and the shelves are well-stocked.<br>• Perform other related duties as required such as opening and closing the store</p><p>Working Conditions:<br>• Fast-paced environment<br>• Work under pressure<br>• Attention to detail<br>• Effective interpersonal skills<br>• Team player<br>• Excellent oral communication</p>
