Our group is equipped with our own RCIC Education Consultants, Financial Consultants, Notary Public, and Registered Accountants each with extensive experiences in studying, living, and working abroad.</p><p>We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor supervises our frontline staff to ensure all customers are assisted with any queries, as well as provided general information regard to our service. He/she must meet or exceed customers’ expectations and ensure our frontline staff are trained to a high standard that aid to an efficient communication between all staff.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:<br>• Manages and trains customer service representatives and ensures they comply with company guidelines particularly related to quality of service.<br>• Monitors or reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and customers.<br>• Ensures that representatives are informed about changes to company services and policy.<br>• Collects data and prepares reports on customer complaints and inquiries.<br>• Prepares monthly reports summarizing the customer service teams performance.<br>• Prepares knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions.<br>• Identifies opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and makes recommendations to senior management.<br>• Assists with budget preparation for the Customer Service department.<br>• Performs other related duties as assigned.</p><p>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<br>Minimum of one-year customer service experience is required;<br>Supervisor experience is preferred;<br>College diploma or above is preferred;<br>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high English proficiency.</p><p>Please send us your resume to this email: resume@guangson.com<br>We only accept resumes by email.
