</p><p>1134065 BC Ltd dba Kanzo Sushi is looking for Cooks</p><p>Job Description:<br>Position: Cook<br>Employer: 1134065 BC Ltd.<br>Operating name: Kanzo Sushi<br>Work location: 82 Keefer Pl, Vancouver, BC, V6B 6C1<br>Business Address: Same as above<br>Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time (Part-time is also available)<br>Wage: $ 15.20 per hour<br>Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week<br>Benefit: 10 paid holidays per year or 4% of gross salary<br>Vacant: 2<br>Language: English</p><p>Job Requirements:<br>Education: Completion of secondary school is required<br>Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a cook OR Completion of a three-years apprenticeship program, college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.</p><p>Job Duties:<br>•Prepare and cook complete meals on the menu such as sushi, tempura, noodle donburi and etc.<br>•Prepare and make sauces for meal on the menu.<br>•Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.<br>•Cook food according to recipes and work with specialized cooking equipment such as deep fryer<br>•Supervise kitchen staff and helpers</p>
