</p><p>ServiceMaster Clean<br>56 Carlinds Drive, Whitby, ON, L1R 3B9, ON, Canada.</p><p>We are currently searching for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor/ General Commercial and Industrial Cleaner.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>• Assist in the management of our ServiceMaster Clean team in multiple facilities. Actively pursue excellence in employee and customer satisfaction.<br>• General office cleaning, construction cleaning, special semiannual client projects, and /or initial cleaning.<br>• Assist employees and train on Express Time time keeping system<br>• Complete audits using our CleanTelligent system for various accounts<br>• Know how to strip and wax floors and have carpet cleaning experience.<br>• Ensure all equipment, supplies, vehicles (if required) and products entrusted in your care are carefully handled and maintained.<br>• Ensure that employees know and understand company rules, security procedures and proper chemical usage.<br>• Provide support to employees and Operations Supervisor as needed to make their job easy and satisfying, ensuring vacations and illness are covered.</p><p>Requirements:<br>• One year of experience<br>• Must own safety approved work boots for some locations<br>• Individuals are required to own their own vehicle for transportation<br>• Individuals are required to provide a Criminal Investigation Report<br>• Will train on specific locations</p><p>Terms of employment:<br>Permanent Full time with 40 hours per week</p><p>Hours of work:<br>From Monday to Friday<br>The shift is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm</p><p>Expected to regularly work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday for 8 hours a day. These hours may change based on business needs.
