The successful candidate must have a strong background in financial management, as well as excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br>• Assume overall responsibility for the company’s financial activities<br>• Ensure the integrity of company’s operations through comprehensive financial and internal controls<br>• Provide leadership in the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategic financial objectives<br>• Drive the company’s financial planning and direct the overall financial management to ensure maximum productivity and revenue<br>• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities<br>• Establish and implement budgetary control strategies<br>• Advise the management on financial issues, trends and changes<br>• Establish and develop relations with external stakeholders, represent the company in official functions</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS<br>- University degree in Financial Management, Finance, Commerce, or related field<br>- Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience<br>- Strong knowledge of fiscal management<br>- High proficiency in English<br>- Excellent analytical and communication skills (oral and written)<br>- Positive professional attitude and high level of integrity</p><p>WORK CONDITIONS<br>- Permanent, full-time position<br>- $57.00 per hour<br>- 35 hours of work per week<br>- Work location: 265 Hood Rd, Unit 1, Markham, ON L3R 4N3</p>
