</p><p>ABOUT US<br>Solutionster Inc. is an exclusive supplier of new and highly adapted products to the local Canadian market. Being at the start-up of its operations, the company is looking for a highly experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join its team.<br>As the key member of the senior management team, the CEO will have responsibility for the company’s strategic leadership.</p><p>MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>• Provide strategic leadership and oversight by developing a comprehensive strategic vision, operational policy and planning strategies<br>• Lead the execution of strategic initiatives to support the company's overall growth objectives<br>• Provide insights to support efficient decision-making and advise on best management practices<br>• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement policies and operational plans<br>• Hire and manage a team and support their growth and development through coaching and mentorship<br>• Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders<br>• Lead and coordinate all product development processes</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS<br>- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design or similar field<br>- Minimum 10 years of senior management leadership experience<br>- Proven experience and success in driving new businesses<br>- Fluent English<br>- Strong leadership skills<br>- Outstanding communication, analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p>WORK CONDITIONS<br>- Permanent, full-time position<br>- $58.00 per hour<br>- 35 hours of work per week<br>- Work location: 1 Calamint Lane, Richmond Hill, ON L4E 1C3</p>
