</p><p> Job title: Carwash Supervisor<br> Terms of employment: Permanent &amp; Full time Position<br> Location: 5105 40 Ave, Innisfail, AB, T4G 1Z1<br> Start date: July 1, 2021</p><p>Key Duties and Responsibilities:<br> Supervise over workers’ activities engaged in washing and polishing automobiles<br> Oversee personnel engaged in polishing and washing automobiles or parts of vehicles which are not washed by automatic mechanism<br> Perform cleaning duties, such as washing and polishing automobiles<br> Involve in hiring and training procedures of new workers<br> Make and coordinate work activities and schedules for employees<br> Organize inventories of supplies such as detergents, brushes, and etc.<br> Maintain records of daily receipts and supplies used<br> Provide an exceptional automobile cleaning services to customers<br> Accept payments and make changes for the related services as well as quote prices to customers<br> Manage customer complaints and resolve problems when necessary<br> Inspect equipment and arrange for repair or replacement as necessary</p><p>Work conditions and physical capabilities<br> Fast paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, standing and walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Physical demanding, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads</p><p>Academic, Training and Experience Qualifications<br> Completion of high school education<br> Previous related work experience is required</p><p>Wage<br> Salary: $25.12 per hour for 30 ~ 40 hours a week at 52 weeks a year</p><p>Benefits<br> Vacation pay: 4% vacation pay</p>
