</p><p>One Paramount Construction Ltd. is looking for Carpenters</p><p> Job Description<br>Job Title: Carpenter<br>Employer: One Paramount Construction Ltd.<br>Business address: 4302-1188 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam, BC V3B 0K9<br>Work Location: within Metro Vancouver<br>Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time<br>Vacancy:7<br>Hours of Work: 30~40hrs per week<br>Wage: $28.00/hour<br>Benefit: 4% of vacation pay or 10 days of paid vacation per year<br>Language: English</p><p> Job Duties:<br>-Prepare the layout of the project.<br>-Estimate height, width, length, and other proportions.<br>-Work with materials such as wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall; join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives.<br>-Use levels, rules, plumb bobs, framing squires, and surveying equipment to ensure everything is level and secure.<br>-Build stairs, mantles, and furniture; install cabinets and molding.<br>-Repair or build furniture.<br>-Install partitions, doors, and windows.<br>-Renovate houses or buildings.</p><p> Job Requirements:<br>Education: Completion of Secondary School<br>Experience: 3~4 years of related experience OR<br>Completion of a three to four-year apprenticeship program<br>OR<br>A combination of over four years of work experience in the trade and some high school, college or industry courses</p>
