</p><p>Job description</p><p>Carpenter (NOC 7271)</p><p>Permanent Full-time</p><p>Work 7 hours per day and 35 hours per week</p><p>$27-$29 per hour</p><p>Employer: Quinte Drywall Ltd.</p><p>Location: 41 Cannifton Rd, Belleville, ON, Canada K8N 4T9</p><p>Phone: 613-968-4415</p><p>Website: <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.quintedrywall.ca">www.quintedrywall.ca</a></p><p></p><p></p><p>Job Duties</p><p>Check for blueprints and sketches to communicate with designers/clients on material specifications and calculate requirements</p><p>Load and unload construction materials, and transport them to required construction site or warehouse</p><p>Cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other construction materials by using measuring and other carpentry tools</p><p>Maintain carpentry tools and equipment, and especially keep good storage management of wood and other inflammable construction materials</p><p>Participate in carpentry of company programs, such as building foundations, installing floor beams, laying subflooring and erecting walls and roof systems</p><p>Provide technical support to apprentices if needed</p><p></p><p>Qualifications and requirements</p><p>Secondary education or above</p><p>Professional license or certificates in carpentry is preferred</p><p>At least 5 years of carpentry or related working experience, familiar to use carpenter tools and some basic construction equipment</p><p>Excellence communication in internal team work cooperation and external customer service if necessary</p><p>Ability to fulfill multi, challenging task with energy and hard-working attitude</p><p></p><p>COVID-19 precaution(s):</p><p>Remote interview process</p>
