We value our customers and want to ensure that they receive a fair and cost-effective recommendation for any Auto Body or Paint repairs needed.<br>THE POSITION<br>We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Body Painter to join our team. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar environment to commit to the company on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate would have advanced knowledge in all aspects of overall automotive painting procedures, including corrective painting, ceramic coatings, colour tinting to a blendable match.<br>JOB DUTIES<br>• Initial assessment and estimate costs for paint and parts<br>• File, grind and sand repaired body surfaces using hand and power tools<br>• Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting<br>• Mix paint, blend and match colors<br>• Apply primers and repaint surfaces using brush or spray guns<br>• Determine necessary application of paint for a thorough coat<br>• Check for runs or sags in the pain to ensure the quality of the product<br>• Adjust and align all parts before securing all body parts for post-care procedures<br>• Inspect vehicles before handing back to owners<br>• May train new workers if needed</p><p>EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:<br>• 5 years or more of hands-on experience in automotive paint, with extensive experience in car restoration, overhauls, and paint protection film<br>• Completion of secondary school or its equivalent<br>• Excellent time and stress management skills<br>• Ability to work under pressure<br>• Good English language skills<br>BENEFITS AND SALARY:<br>• Permanent, Full-time position<br>• Occasional shift and weekend work may be required<br>• $25.00 per hour for 40 hours per week<br>• Overtime may be required and will be paid at 1.5 of your regular hourly rate after 44 hours per week<br>LOCATION OF WORK:<br>158 West Park Ave , Bradford, ON, L3Z 0B8</p>
