DBA Tim Hortons restaurant in Merritt BC is looking for two permanent, full-time ‘Assistant Manager’ to join their team.</p><p>Job Title: Assistant Manager (NOC: 0631)</p><p>Work Location: 3340 River Ranch Road, Merritt BC Canada V1K 1M5</p><p>Salary: $1750.00 bi-weekly</p><p>Number of positions: 2</p><p>Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent</p><p>Start Date: As soon as possible</p><p>Job Duties:<br>• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Tim Hortons restaurant.<br>• Assisting with leading and managing restaurant operations with visible enthusiasm while ensuring it operates efficiently and profitably.<br>• Recruit staff and oversee staff training<br>• Collaborating with the management team to identify deficiencies and opportunities, and implement strategies to improve overall service and customer satisfaction;<br>• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.<br>• Monitoring service times, staff/customer interaction, food quality and preparation, and restaurant cleanliness continually to ensure that operations standards are being met.<br>• Monitoring staff performance, equipment use and maintenance.<br>• Ensuring all company policies, legal requirements and Health &amp; Safety standards are met</p><p>Job Requirements/Skills:<br>• Completion of college diploma or degree is required<br>• Knowledge of English language is required<br>• Minimum two years of work experience required in the similar field.<br>• Must be prepared to work under pressure</p>
