The ideal candidate shall have many years of direct related work experience as a hotel supervisor or manager, and able to work independently with minimum supervision required after probation period.</p><p>1.Assist the owner with overall management of the hotel, include and not limited to hotel operation management, personnel management, hotel marketing and promotion, pricing strategies and hotel policies etc;<br>2.Responsible for staff recruitment, training, evaluation, scheduling and other management duties, keep personnel record files and ensure all information are up to date;<br>3.Responsible for managing and monitoring hotel operation, ensure the cafeteria, indoor swimming pool and all in house facilities are well maintained;<br>4.Ensure safety and sanitizing of the hotel public areas and guest rooms, make regular inspections to guest rooms and public areas;<br>5.Ensure all staff and guests follows COVID-19 hotel safety policies, prevent virus outbreak within hotel, and responsible for emergency contact to local health and safety units for all COVID-19 related matters;<br>6.Responsible for purchasing of hotel supplies;<br>7.Responsible for develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies for the hotel, and adjust pricing strategies if required;<br>8.Make monthly revenue reports and operation reports directly to the owner;<br>9.Answer customer inquiries and solve customer complaints;<br>10.Other assigned duties as required;</p><p>Job Requirements<br>1.A college diploma in hotel management or related area is required; May be substitute with more than 6 years of direct related work experience;<br>2.Minimum of 3 years of direct related supervisory or management experience in hotel, resort or other type of accommodation business is required;<br>3.Ability to manage 5 - 10 people;<br>4.Ability to use office software;<br>5.Excellent time management and people skills;</p><p>Please enclose your resume and cover letter to be considered as a candidate;</p>
