We thank all candidates for your interest; and we will contact those who best meet the qualifications for the occupation.</p><p>Job Overview</p><p>The Flight Test Instructor position requires an individual who can actively demonstrate willingness to work collaboratively with other instructors, to receive and provide direction and mentorship, to be flexible in an ever-changing environment that can shift with the weather. As a Flight Test Instructor, you will review and familiarize yourself with our course materials, develop new courses and materials to maintain our relevance in an evolving industry, and be able to provide dynamic in-person/in-aircraft or remote instruction to ITPS Clients. As a client facing position, the Flight Test Instructor is required to uphold ITPS standards while providing mentorship to ITPS Clients at all times.</p><p>Duties:<br>• Ensuring that students are correctly briefed and prepared for flying exercises.<br>• Ensuring that Risk Assessments are completed.<br>• Authorizing flights within his or her powers of authorization.<br>• Ensuring that students receive proper flight exercise demonstrations, and that students have the opportunity to practice, flight test techniques and data-gathering techniques.<br>• Ensuring that course flights are properly debriefed, and that Sortie Report Assessments are generated to monitor student progress.<br>• Ensuring that students prepare and submit reports for exercises managed by the FTI as required by the syllabus and act as first marker of such reports. The FTI will be responsible for monitoring the progress of individual students and briefing this on a regular basis to the appropriate CFI and Head of Training.<br>• In the case of concerns about student progress, reporting to the CFI or Head of Training as soon as possible.<br>• Participating in ITPS consulting projects to maintain currency.<br>• Performing other related activities, as necessary or as assigned by supervisor.</p><p>Requirements:<br>• Completion of secondary school and graduation from a certified flying school or aviation school are required.<br>• EASA Pilot License or Airline Transport Pilot License or Commercial Pilot License with a Flight test Rating or at least 3 years of Flight test Experience.<br>• Previous experience as Flight Instructor, Type Rating Instructor, or Flight test Instructor is required.<br>• Ability to travel up 20% of the time.</p>
