Area Sales Manager

</p><p>Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, Organize regional and divisional sales operations, Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments, Lead sales team inbuilding relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.</p><p>Arrange training for staff, Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.<br>Team player, Accurate, Organized, Client focus, Interpersonal awareness, Initiative, Excellent oral communication, Effective interpersonal skills.</p><p>Salary: $46.39/hour, 35 hours per week, full time permanent position<br>+ 3 years of work experience is required<br>College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma form a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience<br>Location: 160 Cidermill Ave #17, Concord, ON L4K 4K5</p>
