</p><p>AG Market (CKS Holdings Ltd.) is looking for Butchers.</p><p>Job Description:<br>- Position: Butcher<br>- Employer: CKS Holdings Ltd. dba Lytton AG Market<br>- Location of work: 268 Main St. Lytton, BC, V0K 1Z0<br>- Business Address: same as the working location<br>- Wage: $17.00 -$20.00 per hour<br>- Hours of work: 30 - 40 hours per week<br>- Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent<br>- Vacant: 2<br>- Benefit : 4% of Gross of Salary<br>- Language: English</p><p>Job Requirement:<br>Education : No formal education is required.<br>Experience : Completion of a college or other meat-and-fish-cutting training program, or a three-year meat cutting apprenticeship or experience is an asset</p><p>On-the-job training will be provided.</p><p>Job Duties:<br>- Cut, trim, bone, tie and grind meats, using butcher's cutlery or powered equipment.<br>- Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount, product line and freshness of products according to customer requirements<br>- Wrap and package prepared cuts of meat for retail/wholesale.<br>- Ensure food storage conditions are adequate</p>
