We can set-up an individual service schedule for our clients that fits their needs and has an affordable price tag.<br>At this time Ace Cleaning Services is looking for a dedicated and experienced Administrative Officer. The ideal candidate will have experience in internal administrative services and procedures, and perform the following duties and responsibilities:<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>• Manage and coordinate office operations.<br>• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.<br>• Complete operational requirements by scheduling meetings and appointments for management, customers and suppliers.<br>• Carry out administrative activities associated with company policies and procedures.<br>• Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, parking, maintenance and security services.<br>• Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.<br>• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.<br>• Establish work procedures to ensure that deadlines are met, company procedures are followed, and business goals are achieved.<br>REQUIREMENTS:<br>• From1 to 2 years of experience in the position with similar duties.<br>• Secondary school / college diploma / university degree in Business Administration or any relevant program.<br>• Good command in English.<br>• High level of professionalism, maturity, good judgment and discretion.<br>• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to change priorities as needed.<br>• Excellent written & oral communication skills.<br>• Proficient decision making and problem-solving skills.<br>CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:<br>• Full-time, permanent position consisting of at least 35 weekly work hours.<br>• The remuneration will be set at $ 25 per hour.<br>• Occasional overtime may be required for meeting critical deadlines. Overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week and will be remunerated at one and a half time the regular pay rate. Be ready to work shifts consisting of mornings, afternoons and evenings.<br>• Work Location: 16 Annapearl Crescent, North York, ON, M2N 4H5
