Vacancy: Tour Operator<br>Positions available: 1<br>Employer: Universal Explorer Inc<br>Work location: 21 Brisbane Court, Brampton, ON, L6R 1V4<br>Salary: $34.00 hourly<br>Hours: 40 per week<br>Terms of employment: Full time/permanent<br>Language: English<br>Education: High School<br>Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant field<br>Job Duties:<br>• Plan and develop tour packages and itineraries for a variety of individual clients and groups.<br>• Customize packages by Selecting attractions, accommodations, and transportation options that tourists can then choose for visits of varying lengths and budgets.<br>• Tailor tour packages and options for specific groups and individuals.<br>• Make travel arrangements for tour groups or individuals.<br>• Assist with choosing flights, booking train and bus transit, and ensure that tour groups can successfully travel between attractions.<br>• Supervise team of tour leaders, coordinating their locations and schedules to ensure that tours are properly staffed and that leaders have the information they need regarding group members, schedules, and destinations.<br>• Answer client’s questions and provide assistance.<br>• Plan marketing and promotions strategies to attract customers.<br>• Hiring and training of staff.<br>• Plan and control budget and inventory.
