<p><b>Job Description: </b></p>

<p>· &nbsp; &nbsp;
Manage Director’s daily, weekly and monthly agenda and arrange new
meetings and appointments.</p>

<p>· &nbsp; &nbsp;
Prepare and provide information needed for meetings and appointments by
transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and
transmitting text, data and graphics.</p>

<p>· &nbsp; &nbsp;
Manage Director’s schedule by maintaining calendars by departments and
personnel and arrange meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel
arrangements. </p>

<p>· &nbsp; &nbsp;
Collect, retrieve and transcribe reports from departments and personnel
and provide report to Director as information management support.</p>

<p>· &nbsp; &nbsp;
Collect and secure all company’s credentials and backup database, and
provide it to Director at his needed time and purpose.</p>

<p>· &nbsp; &nbsp;
Check and maintain office supplies, inventories by checking stock, and
place orders for supplies by anticipating needed supplies by department and
personnel.</p>

<p>· &nbsp; &nbsp;
Keep track and document all expenses made in office and by Director, and
collect, report and hand in all corresponding receipts to Finance department.</p>

<p><b>Requirement: </b><b>&nbsp;</b><b></b></p>

<p>· &nbsp; &nbsp;
Completion of
secondary school is required.</p>

<p>· &nbsp; &nbsp;
+2 years of previous
clerical experiences is required. </p>
